Dye Sublimation Fabric Printing
The video below demonstrates the soft and supple nature of Fabric Graphics printed using aqueous based Dye Sublimation Printing.
By definition: Dye Sublimation is a two-step printing process where images are printed on paper then transferred to the fabric using a rotary heat press. Under heat and pressure, solid ink pigments are converted to gas, and the colors are permanently embedded deep into the fibers of the receiving material.
As a result, Fabric Graphics offer un-matched depth of color and image resolution.
Choose from a wide variety of fabrics:
Poplin: Dead flat, non-glare appearance. Great for photo and video backdrops.
Satin: Shimmery regal appearance. Great for event banners
Dacron: Like Nylon. Dacron allows ink to penetrate through to the back side of the fabric. Typically used in flag production.
